| 01. | Arrival at Leh (3524 M) | Check-In a hotel, Acclimatization |
| 02. | At Leh | Acclimatization, Preparation |
| 03. | Leh – Chilling – Markha (3700 M) | Drive to Chilling, Cross Zanskar river and follow the trail to Markha Village. Visit Village and Monastery. Overnight at Camp |
| 04. | Markha – Thachungtse (4010 M) | After Breakfast move to Thachungtse. En-route we pass through Hankar i.e. the highest village in Markha Valley. Overnight at camp at Thachungtse. |
| 05. | Thachungtse – Nimaling | Today after breakfast we move to Nimaling, which has beautiful green pastures usually where lot of sheep, goats and Yaks come to graze. |
| 06. | Nimaling | Today morning after breakfast we go for an acclimatization walk to Kongmaru La (5260M) and come back to Nimaling by lunch. Overnight at camp |
| 07. | Nimaling – Base Camp | We move to Base camp which is a uphill walk through loose rocks till the point where we see the Base camp. |
| 08. | Base Camp – Kang Yatse I – Base camp | Load ferry to KY-I advanced base camp and back |
| 09. | Kang Yatse I advanced base camp | Occupy and establish KY-I advance base camp |
| 10. | Kang Yatse I advanced base camp | Acclimatization day |
| 11. | Camp 1 | Move to camp1, Occupy & establish C1 |
| 12. | Camp 1 – Summit – Camp 1 | Move late night for the climb and hit the summit by morning and come back to C1 |
| 13. | RESERVE DAY FOR CLIMB | |
| 14. | Camp 1 – Base camp | Descend to Base camp (4-5 hrs) |
| 15. | Base camp – Nimaling- Chakdo - Leh | We descend down to Nimaling and then ascend to Kongmaru La and then finally descend to Chakdo. From here we drive back to Leh. Overnight at hotel. |
| 16. | Programme concludes after breakfast. |
