Terms and Conditions for the Indian Mountaineering Foundation (IMF) Adventure Carnival powered by LAWA Global

Dear Adventure Enthusiasts,

Thank you for your interest in participating in the IMF Adventure Carnival powered by LAWA Global. Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities and to ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Safety First: Please follow all instructions provided by our IMF instructors. They are here to ensure your safety and provide guidance throughout the event.

2. Health and Fitness: Participation in certain activities may require a certain level of physical fitness. Please ensure you are in good health before engaging in any adventure sports. Any person with any ailments or health concerns is advised and recommended to refrain from participating in the adventure activities. In case anybody with previous ailments decides to participate in adventure activities without the knowledge of Team IMF and LAWA Global, he/she will solely responsible for his/ her safety and health concerns and Team IMF and LAWA Global shall not be held liable for any adverse outcomes.

1. No Smoking and No Drinking: For the well-being of all participants and to maintain a safe environment, smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the event. Anybody found violating the rules will be escorted out and banned from entering the event premises.
2. Ethical Conduct: We expect all participants to behave respectfully and ethically. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
3. Personal Belongings: Please take care of your personal belongings. The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
4. Photography and Videography: Professional photographers and videographers will be present to capture the event. By participating, you consent to being photographed and filmed and these images may be used for promotional purposes.
5. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure safety, participants engage in activities at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
6. Age Restrictions: Children below 5 years of age are not allowed to participate in adventure activities. Entry for Children below 5 years of age is free and they are required to be accompanied with respective parent/ guardian and safety of the child is the responsibility of the parent/ guardian. 
7. Registration: Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Please register in advance as spaces are limited.
8. Cancellation Policy: In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. However, no refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations.
