Overview

Mt. Sagarmatha (Mount Everest) is the world’s highest mountain. Sagarmatha rises to 8848 meters (29,028 ft.) above the sea level. Since the late 19th century, adventurous sprits have been fascinated with the ascent of the mountain in the world. Tenzing Norgay Sherpa of Nepal and Sir Edmund Hillary from New Zealand became the first people to stand on the top of the world on May 29, 1953 through South Col. They went through Khumbu Glacier and continued their ascent to the summit via the South East Ridge.

04 Free day in Kathmandu – Recheck gears - shopping – Tour in Kathmandu
05 Fly to Lukla – trek to Phakding/Monjo 2800m
06 Trek to Namche 3460m, explore around overnight in Namche Hotel
07 Acclimatization day- hike to Kunde & Everest View back to Namche O/N in Lodges
08 Trek to Phortse 3800m. rest day (Beautiful Sherpa village) O/N in Lodges
09 Explore/KCC/Bouldering/Hike to Luri peak/Visit Monastery
10 Trek to Dingboche 4310m via Tengboche–blessing in Tengboche & Pangboche
11 Rest day in Dingboche- hike around to acclimatize get over 5000m. O/N in lodges
12 Trek to Chukkung 4730m O/N lodges back to Dingboche
13 Hike to Lobuche 4940m O/N in Lodges
14 Trek to base camp – Avoid staying in Ghorekshep due to water issue.
15 Rest day in Everest BC – Blessing ceremony with climbers/meet the BC team
16 Puja ceremony at base camp with Lamas/Sherpas climbers/base camp staff
17 Base camp – re organize the gears
18/20 Rest day in base camp- ladder training- Hike to Pumori base camp
21/23 Climb Lobuche Peak and back to Everest BC
24 Final preparation to move higher camps
25/30 Start 1st rotation to Camp I -Camp II – back to base camp
31/32 Rest day in BC
33/37 Start 2nd rotation to touch camp III and back to BC
38/57 Summit climb to Mt. Everest 8848m Back to BC
58 Re pack the gear at BC- ready to fly Kathmandu via by helicopter Kathmandu
59/60 Rest day in Kathmandu- complete the left-over business
